Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sandal Style Shop purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s what you need to know:

Return Policy Overview

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging (including shoe boxes and dust bags) must be included

Non-Returnable Items: Arch Supports and Insoles that have been opened or used, any footwear without original tags, and final sale items.

How to Return an Item

    • Subject line: “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack items in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to:

Refund Information

Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return (plus additional time for your bank to process)

Method: Refunded to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
