Our policy is designed to be as comfortable and supportive as our arch support sandals.
Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note:
- All returns must include the original packaging (including any shoe boxes and dust bags)
- Items must not show signs of wear or damage
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on arch supports and insoles that have been removed from their original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned:
- Arch Supports and Insoles that have been opened or used
- Any footwear without its original tags
- Items purchased during final sale promotions
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Our return process is as simple as slipping into our comfortable Footbed Sandals:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]” and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Refund Information
We aim to process refunds as quickly as we craft our comfortable sandals:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- International Returns: For customers outside the US, any customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Looking for a different size of our Big Buckle sandals or want to try our new Multi-strap design instead? We’re happy to help:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- We’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement item if the exchange is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items
