- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 days)
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arriving in 15-25 business days after processing
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some remote areas and parts of Asia. The shipping calculator at checkout will confirm if we can deliver to your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your sandals ship from our Pompano Beach, Florida facility, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking information. Click the tracking number in the email to follow your package’s journey to you.
What if I need my sandals by a specific date?
For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing our Standard Shipping option ($12.95) which is typically faster (10-15 business days after processing). Please note these are estimates and we can’t guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control like customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your sandals! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, undamaged items with original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How do I initiate a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
